The exclusive surgi-tip TM Tag features a unique four-sided, super sharp tip for a clean incision, faster healing and improved retention.

Additional Charges:

• A one time $40 set up fee will be assessed for Custom Logos (or Brands). Please add item # ZZ-WY to your cart to include your one time Custom Logo Fee.
• All Special Order Tags ship directly from the manufacturer and will be assessed only one $15.00 manufacturer shipping charge per order. Orders showing more than one shipping fee (multiples of $15) will be manually corrected prior to placing order with manufacturer.
