FELIWAY Classic releases soothing messages.
When they are comfortable and happy, cats mark their territory as familiar by rubbing their heads against corners, furniture, humans, or other cats at home. Through this rubbing, they release a pheromone that delivers “well-being messages”. When present in the environment, these “well-being messages” reassure cats.

FELIWAY Classic replicates the soothing properties of pheromones and helps cats feel comfortable and safe at home while reducing signs of stress such as scratching, urine marking, or fear reactions related to changes in their environment.

FELIWAY Classic is effective:
– For 9 out of 10 cats, a decrease in urine marking is observed within 7 days.
– 92% of cat owners are satisfied with the use of FELIWAY Classic.
– It has been scientifically proven that its use helps reduce:
> Urine marking

FELIWAY Classic is safe:

FELIWAY Classic is not a tranquiliser. It does not have a sedative effect.

FELIWAY Classic is specific to cats. It can only be perceived by cats.

FELIWAY Classic is not recommended in cases of aggression between cats or towards humans. In some situations, behavioural treatment and environmental changes may be necessary alongside FELIWAY Classic. Consult your veterinarian for advice. If your cat shows signs of illness, contact your veterinarian.

Usage precautions

Contains: Hydrocarbons, C14-C19, isoalkanes, cyclic, < 2% aromatics.
Can be fatal if ingested and enters the respiratory tract.
The danger is linked to liquid entering the respiratory tract after ingestion if aspirated.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
In case of medical consultation, keep the container or label available.
Refer to the instructions before use.
IF INGESTED: Call a POISON CENTRE or a doctor immediately.
DO NOT induce vomiting.
Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local and national regulations.
The diffuser is an electrical device. Electrical waste should not be disposed of with household waste.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.
This device can be used by children over 8 years and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lacking the necessary experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received the necessary instructions for safe use of the device and are aware of the potential hazards. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
Do not attempt to repair or modify the product. The device should only be used with the recommended liquid.
Using other substances may lead to a risk of toxicity or fire.
The device has hot surfaces to allow the liquid to evaporate, do not touch these surfaces during use. Do not repair or modify the product. To clean the device, unplug it and wipe it with a dry cloth. This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children. For adult use only. The device must be kept upright during use or storage. DO NOT PLUG IN: Under an electrical device, under furniture or any object extending from the wall, on a multiple socket or an extension lead. MINIMUM CLEAR DISTANCE above the diffuser = 1.20 m. This may alter or block the diffusion of the product and leave residue marks. DO NOT immerse in water. DO NOT plug the product in upside down.
Change the electrical device every 6 months. This product is covered by the European directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). The aim of the directive is to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment produced and to encourage their reuse, recycling and recovery.
USE ONLY FELIWAY refills. Ceva disclaims all liability for any damage, injury or malfunction caused by the use of any other refills in Ceva diffusers.

Instructions for use

Plug the diffuser into the room where your cat(s) spend most of their time.
For optimal results, keep the diffuser plugged in continuously and replace the refill approximately every 30 days.

Use only with standard 220V current. DO NOT plug into a multiple socket, an extension lead, an adapter or a voltage converter.

The pheromones of FELIWAY Classic diffuse throughout the room thanks to the heating of the diffuser, which may be hot to the touch. Some people may notice a slight smell from the diffuser during the first hours of use.
